I Have Just Had A Urinalysis And It Came Up:

I have just had a urinalysis and it came up: leukocyte esterase ua (large). I am itching and burning. My doctor gave me three days of Cipro and it made it better but the infection is still there. There were side effects for the Cipro: headache, nausea, insomnia. I am not longer taking the Cipro but I am very very tired and keep on falling asleep for about an hour. I imagine that's my body fighting the infection. Can you reommend a better antibiotic for this particular problem? I am allergic to penicillin and sulfa drugs.
