I Have Just Had A Used An Which Showed A

I have just had a used an which showed a large uterine fibroid and 7cm thick endometrial. I have had heavy blood loss which stopped 2 weeks ago and started again today. For the past few days I have had diarrhoea in the morning but today I have had it all day. I am waiting for blood results before I go back to my doctor. Can you shed any light on the diarrhoea issue?
