I Have Just Had A Vitamin 12b Injection And Dr

I have just had a vitamin 12b injection and dr has asked me to make an appointment to see her. I eat healthy foods along with a glass or 2 of wine each night. I am getting light headed when I lay flat in bed and turning over. Have had this for maybe 6 months but noticed yesterday when I looked up the lightheadiness came back. Lasts maybe 1 minute or 2. I also walk half hour each day and am 75, living on my own. Am quite active, mowing lawns, gardening, helping at rest home. Thankyou. Hope you will be able to help me sort this problem out.
