I Have Just Had An MRI And Have Been Told

I have just had an MRI and have been told that there is severe chondral loss in the patella with cortical sclerosis. Moderate chondral flap at weight bearing surface of the medial femoral condyle superimposed and moderate chondral fissuring of the more lateral aspect of the weightbearing surface. Post partial medial meniscectomy changes. Moderate Chondral fissuring and chondral wear at the lateral and posterolateral aspects of the lateral tibial plateau. can you give me a brief summation as to what would be expected treatment. cheers
