I Have Just Had An Upper Endoscopy, I Have Suffered

I have just had an Upper endoscopy, I have suffered GERD for approximately 34 years and it has been left untreated for at least 29 years, now after endoscopy they sent me home with photos, and there are some masses, what are the chances of it not being cancer, The masses appear to be singular and are spread out, I have been looking for similar images online but there is always onelittle thing that is off, but anyway mine have an appearence of like having a pea under the mucosal lining of my esophagus, Can you offer anything.?
