I Have Just Had An Ultrasound And Learned My Gall

I have just had an ultrasound and learned my gall bladder is "Packed" with stones but the organ shows no sign of swelling. What are my options. I have had a few upsets, and know how painful it can be. I have yet to see my pcp to hear what she recommends.
