I Have Just Had Diagnostic Laparoscopy (gynae Reasons) And The

I have just had diagnostic laparoscopy (gynae reasons) and the surgeon found a pale fatty liver. I am not overweight, and don't understand how I have got this? I do have a sweet tooth, but do a fair bit of exercise. I only have an occasional glass of wine. What can I do to improve the health of my liver? Thanks!
