I Have Just Had Eye Surgery To Remove A Cataract

I have just had eye surgery to remove a cataract I constantly feel there is something in the outer corner of my left eye this is uncomfortable. I must add that this eye previously had a tumour removed many years ago hence having surgery under general anestetic the surgery was 7 days ago. Could this be an ulcer
