I Have Just Had Some Chest Pain That Came On

I have just had some chest pain that came on suddenly and went up to my neck and my jaw. and then up to the top of my head...it lasted about 5 minutes or more and was quite scary.. i used a spray under my tongue and it slowly went away after 5 to 10 minutes..does this sound like a heart attack or angina?
