I Have Just Learned That A Friend Had A Brain

I have just learned that a friend had a brain tumor removed today. It was located in the frontal lobe. The surgeon said that the surgery went well and faster than expected. The friend had been experiencing personality changes, lost her job, and was just generally behaving strangely. What is the prognosis if the tumor was benign vs. malignant?
