I Have Just Moved To Florida From New York Where

I have just moved to Florida from New York where I had been under the care of a Pain Management team since 2009. After all injections, gels, etc had failed to offer relief, I was put on narcotic pain relief. I've been taking morphine now for several years. How do I find a pain clinic in the Vero Beach, FL area to continue in the same medicinal treatment?
