I Have Just Started Getting A Paim In My Whole

I have just started getting a paim in my whole left arm, feels weak and feels achy. Also have slight chest pain when I move, I'm almost 8 week pregnant as well, so I'm wondering if its related, although I'm pretty sure I have had this before and it passes. I'm wanting to know what it is or could be?
