I Have Just Started Having Tremors , I'm Dizzy, My

I have just started having tremors , I'm dizzy, my balance is off , I've fallen, even when driving I get brain fog and then the spinning starts .ot only last a few seconds but the shaking start real bad .i did have ahead on collision in 09 and had a slight trauma but the hospital said no big deal even though I couldn't see for 2 days due to the air bag and impact. Could the tremors be from my wreck 9 years ago.
