I Have Just Stated To Have Sharp, Depilating Lower Back

I have just stated to have sharp, depilating lower back pain..... so painful I can not move. I am in the midst of being tested for vertigo,numbness and tingling on left extremities. Dr's feel there can be pinched nerves or blood clot. They are basically waiting. CTA has been scheduled for next week. Back pain started yesterday.
