I Have Just Taken My Boy 110/68 & My Pulse

I have just taken my boy 110/68 & my pulse was 103 after sitting. Is that pulse high?
I had a flu type virus month ago which left me very tired,for month. Last week I hurt my shoulder which left it immobile for few days . Then mid week I raised out of my chair perhaps quickly to say bye to my husband & fainted,then felt off for a day or two....
