I Have Just Tried Concerta For My ADD, It Didn't

I have just tried Concerta for my ADD, it didn't go well, massive headaches and felt horrible, tried Lexapro for mild depression....made me want to sleep all day.....on the 25th Will try the Welbutrin for both....are there many side effects with Welbutrin....? I also had tried Triliptal which was my favorite, but it eventually kept me up all night once the medication settled into my system.....What other suggestions might you have for my ADD/Mild low grade depression?
