I Have Kids And We All Came Down With Bad

I have kids and we all came down with bad cramps and throwing up and having really bad diarrhea everyone got better it only lasted 3 days..Yesterday I stared feeling the really bad stomach cramps agai but a lot worse and I keep having diarrhea really bad to the point I have nothing left to poop I also notice I have a burp that smells like rotten eggs its really bad..Someone told me its just another bug but its a lot worse this time and know I have the bad burps
