I Have Kind Of Diagnosed My Self With Some Sort

I have kind of diagnosed my self with some sort of follicular is or dermatitis! My right arm breaks out at least once a year on the inside tender skin of my elbow. I scratched it up real bad in my sleep from the itching from the bumps.
It will not stop pussing is there a way to stop it until I get to a doctor.
