I have knots on my back like knotted mucals it feel like it's squeezing my heart I don't know how to explain it but my heart does a flipping feeling thing and it goes up my neck making it feel numb I use a tennis ball trying to rub the knots out they won't go away they stop hurting for a bit then start back up they gave me mucals relaxers but the did nothingt
