I Have Knots Or Bumps That Have Popped Up In

I have knots or bumps that have popped up in the last month on three of my fingers above the joint and below the nail bed. They are not red and do not look like an infection. They are just raised bumps that are hard and painful to the touch. My hands also sometimes tingle, but this symptom comes and goes. The bumps showed up and seem like they are here to stay.
