I Have Large Red Spots Around Both My Eyes, One

I have large red spots around both my eyes, one is on the side up to the eyebrow and the other is below my eye and has now loosened the skin. Both areas are very itchy, but I am not allergic to anything, nor have i Changed any of my makeup/moisturizer etc
