I Have Left Arm Pain That Comes And Goes And

I have left arm pain that comes and goes and does not radiate. Local small areas of discomfort. Shoulder, elbow, wrist fingers. No chest pain. Had a ton of cardiac tests done and passed all of them. I still get paranoid because I am a hypochondriac. Thanks for your help.
