I Have Left Eating Tobacco Since 5 Days Now I

I have left eating tobacco since 5 days now i felt the pain in throught and the left gland inside mouth is bigger in shape with red spots on it.i cant even drink anything easyly.one pimple typebis on my upper wall inside mouth which is from 3 days I am having antibiotics from 4 days and b12 vitamin with vitamin c.guide me
