I Have Left Lower Quadrant Pain That Can Be Reproduced

I have left lower quadrant pain that can be reproduced with palpation. It started 4 days ago. Constipation is not a factor. I am a 49 yo female. No fever but chills and extremely tired. Have been sleeping excessively since Saturday night. Lying on left side increases pain level. Lying on my back decreases pain level.
