I Have Left Side Rib Pain. I Feel This Sharp

I have left side rib pain. I feel this sharp pain especially when laying on my right side and anytime I have to lean forward. Last night I coughed up some blackish color fluid that I think tied to some sort of indexes tion because I had spicy food that day.
