I Have Left Upper Arm And Shoulder Pain Following A

I have left upper arm and shoulder pain following a day of pain and severe neck stiffness on the L side. Yesterday I awoke with paint and stiffness on the R side of my neck and today on the L so both sides bad and unable to turn my head. Then about an hour ago pain started in the shoulder and upper arm on the L side while neck on L side still too stiff to turn. I am 81 YO female.
