I Have Less Than 10 Little White Bumps On The

I have less than 10 little white bumps on the shaft of my penis. They don't hurt or itch even when squeezed, they do not pop either. Most are located in an fairly close together. I am scared they might be hpv. I have no idea how I could have that though.
