I Have Lichen Planus On My Shins. I Also Have

I have lichen planus on my shins. I also have active severe crohns disease. Have had a right hemi colectomy. Will pentasa 2g increase my lichen planus. Its helping so well with my crohns only have stomach bloating after taking it. Thankyou so much. Ananda
