I Have Lift Side Under Ribs & Upper Abdominal Stabbing

I have lift side under ribs & upper abdominal stabbing pain that comes and goes for the last 2 weeks, I've also in the last 3 days had green mucus constantly from my nose & coughing some blood. Also feeling dizzy, fatigued and loss of concentration & last night I thought I was going to over beat it lasted for about 40min.
