I Have Like A Bulge In My Upper Stomach Like

I have like a bulge in my upper stomach like in the middle but just slightly to the right. It isn't painful but in uncomfortable and sometimes like after I eat or at night the bulge seems more noticeable. I had an ultrasound but the results were normal
