I Have Like Red Bumps In Like Circular Formation On

I have like red bumps in like circular formation on my inner thighs and the crease of my but cheeks clears liquid come out of it kind of like a blister but they don't look like a blister the itch and hurt from the skin breaking I fell asleep in my pants one day and I was sweating so I thought it was like a rash from the pants and the sweat rubbing against my leg but it's spreading and no it's not jus itching it's painful I've been putting a&d ointment on it for about 4 days but it hasn't really helped idk wat it is or wat to do
