I Have Little Bites On My Feet, Ankles, Legs. They

I have little bites on my feet, ankles, legs. They itch. My husband doesn't have them.we went camping and I started to itch the day we came home on Sunday. It's Wednesday now. Do I go to the Dr to find out what kind of bite it is and how to get rid of it? According to the internet they look like flea bites but I was at a lake. Will they go up to the vagina and bit there to? I ask cause there are two bites up pretty close to my vaginal area,like 3inches close. How do I get rid of them. Even though I haven't seen anything I'm just super itchy and red.will they get in my eyes?
