I Have Little Bumps On The Top Part Of My

I have little bumps on the top part of my hand that just started popping up this last week. At first they weren't hurting but now they do hurt a little. They were a little red at first but now they are not, they dont itch and they're not a lot of them just a few on each hand...what could they be and how can I get rid of them
