I Have Little Pimple Like Spots On My Penis And

I have little pimple like spots on my penis and if I squeeze them it's just like a pimple. I have never had sex with anyone and am still obviously a virgin. Any idea what these small spots are and how they can be treated? I also apparently have balantis. What causes it and how can I get rid of it quickly.
