I Have Little Seed Like Bumps On My Vagina.they Are

I have little seed like bumps on my vagina.they are necessary on the labia minora but at the top where my clitoris would be. (I obviously don't know my anatomy very well but hopefully this makes sense) I am 17 years old and am not sexually active so it can't be an std or anything. there are quite a lot of them and they started developing when I was like 13, but they haven't grown or shrunk since then. they are hard and if I touch them they don't move. they don't hurt but feel just like little seeds. what could this be? and how can I make them go away?
