I Have Little Things All Around On My Lips That

I have little things all around on my lips that I would say look like blisters that split the edge of my lips. I would like to know what they are and possible treatment? I've had them now for a couple weeks and have been trying to use Campho-Phenique, but it only seems to help temporarily.
