I Have Liver Problem In Sonography Remarks Are (1) Coarse

I have liver problem in sonography remarks are (1) coarse heterogeneous liver parenchymal echotexture with surface nodularity suggestive of liver parenchymal disease (2)portal vein thrombosis with partial recanalization (3) mild splenomegaly with few lienorenal collaterals (4) mild prostatomegaly with insignificant post void residue. Spleen is mildly enlarged in size and reveals normal echotexture. My stomach & back is continuously paining
