I Have Loose Eyebag On The Right Part Of My

I have loose eyebag on the right part of my eye. I believe its because of continously touching and scratching it thats why its loose now. Lately i've realized that some tissue around my eyebag are like teared or something. Please do help me how to bring back my firm eyebag. What practices should i have to do. Im still a teenager. Never used eyeglasses or contact lenses. Your help wil be highly appreciated. Thanks.
