I Have Lost A Lot Hearing In My Right Ear.

I have lost a lot hearing in my right ear. One thing I had radiation on that side of head 9 years ago. Plus it feels plugged all of the time. My nose plugs on that side all of the time. At night when I lay on one side of my head that side of my nose plugs, and then if I turn over the other side plugs and one that was plugged, unplug. It seems to all play off of the ear and nose. Any thoughts?
