I Have Lost Around 35 Pounds In The Last Year

I have lost around 35 pounds in the last year and half. First lost l7 lbs, then l0 and have gradually lost.
My normal weight is 47 to 49 lbs and I now weight l00. About a moth ago at Dr. visit I weight l08, then dropped to l00. I have bronchiestus because of having pneumonia and I have IBS. Had stomach wrap for hiatal hernia about l7 years ago. I am thinking my weight loss is a digestive problem. My gastroentrologist stretched my esophagus about 5 weeks ago because I had a choking sensation. It didn' help. He now says I have Globus but don't know the cause. I'm concerned about my weight loss because I look like somebody out of a concentration camp. I've dried completely up. I am 85 and will be 86 this month. I'm still working as a Real Estate Broker. I've been so weak lately I could hardly go. I don't eat much, and if if eat much I get sick of what I'm eating. Sometime I pain in the lower part of my abodmen. I've ask my pulmologist, gastroentrologist and also my internal medicine Doctor and they just shrug it off and don't seem to know.
I was tested for celiac (sp?) disease 3 times and it was negative. I'm searching the internet to see what I an learn. My lungs have scar tissue from pneumonia and that is the cause of my bronchiesis. Do you have any idea why I've lost so much weight. Does it sound like an digestive problem? If so what kind of problem.
