I Have Lost Feeling On My Clitoris, I Have Been

I have lost feeling on my clitoris, I have been trough a lot the last couple of Months, the end of July, i started noticing my vagina was dry and i had a burning sensation all the time. I had been diagnosed with UTI, after that I had Bv, then a yeast infection, and once again another BV infection. ive been on medication, even on Estriol Cream because Obgyn says that my estrogen levels are low,and the utrus lining is thining a little,. Nothing seem to be helping since I still have dryness, burning sendation, and lost of feeling on my clitoris. Don't understand why I keep getting one infection after another.
