I Have Lost Half My Hearing In My Right Ear

I have lost half my hearing in my right ear which seem to come on quite suddenly. There is no infection or pain but the right side of my face is numb and my eyesight is getting worse. I also have balance issues. This has been going on for about a year and am currently in the process of seeing an ear doctor. I have even tried my husbands hearing aides and there is no difference. Could there be a tumor?
