I Have Lost My Voice And My Throat Is Obviously

I have lost my voice and my throat is obviously swollen and have a harsh dry cough with very little green mucus being spit up, ( not because it feels like there is none to spit up but it feels like it's stuck). I don't feel sick in any way except sore swollen throat. Should I be concerned or just keep trying to reduce swelling and loosen mucus
