I Have Lost My Voice For 2 Days Now. I

I have lost my voice for 2 days now. I have/had a cold that started as sinus congestion/pressure about a week ago, moved into my chest, which I still have somewhat, but now have lost my voice. I've had no fever, no sore throat and for the most part (other than an annoying cough now & then) I feel fine. What could be causing my hoarse voice & should I see a Dr?
