I Have Lost Sensation In My Penis And Am Currently

I have lost sensation in my penis and am currently unable to have an erection because of a radical prostetectomy and nerve damage. Has there been any progress on restoring that kind of damage over the past several years? My surgery (successful, thank goodness) was 10 years ago.
