I Have Lots Of Non-painful Bumps On My Inner Thigh.

I have lots of non-painful bumps on my inner thigh. I can see them and feel them. There are lots of them. I scratch at them and sometimes I can scratch off something hard. It appears that is spreading. I have a few around my ankle and on top of my foot. Also appears to be in the back of the leg. I asked a dermatologist about it several years ago and she said it was inherited, but nothing to worry about. She stated my mother probably has it. I have asked all my family members and no one has anything like it.
