I Have Lots Of Pelvic Pain And Feel Like I

I have lots of pelvic pain and feel like I need to urinate. 49 year old woman..It resembles a UTI I had last year. Problem is I dont' think I can sleep. Clinics are closed and it's 10pm..do I go to emerg for meds or try to stick it out until morning. Last time I waited and within hours I was fainting.
