I Have Low Back Pain. It Was The Work Injury.

I have low back pain. It was the work injury. The disc is pushing the nerve that affecting my left leg side and the pain goes down to the three side toes. I can still walk and do things but it bothers me a lot .My dr. suggested surgery. What do you think I should do?
