I Have Lower Back Arthritis That Has Been Causing Dull

I have lower back arthritis that has been causing dull aching pain in my gluteus and lower back for the past 8 months. What pain medication (s)do you recommend as being the most successful long term treatment with the least potential side effects in the alleviation of the pain. Advil, Celebrex, Tylenol, Meloxicam or something else. Thanks very much
