I Have Lower Back Pain. I Am 69 And Have

I have lower back pain. I am 69 and have osteoarthritis in the joints of several fingers. Not bad. I fractured my tailbone twice over the years and was told that I would eventually have arthritis in that area. This pain is low and across my lower back. Could this be arthritis and could it be in my tailbone as opposed to hips?
